    Race HQ

    Race HQ is Village Hall, Dunstable Road, Flitwick

    Please allow 5 minutes to walk from Race HQ to the race start on Temple Way
    Course The course is a fast, scenic and undulating course based on the original Flitwick 10k course.  Starting in Temple Way the course follows a route out of Flitwick towards the village of Steppingley before looping back into Flitwick and finishing on Millennium Green. 

    The course is accurately measured and well-marshalled.

    Facilities Car parking available, late entries desk, St.John Ambulance, baggage area, play area, refreshments and running kit at discount prices.  Showers & changing facilities at nearby Flitwick Leisure Centre.

    Commemorative event merchandise will also be available for sale on the day
    Prizes Trophy for 1st Man & Lady, medals to 2nd & 3rd man and lady.  Medals to 1st FU17, FV35, FV45, FV55, MU17, MV40, MV50 & MV60.  Men & ladies team prizes (1st three UKA club members to score). Cash prize for new course record + cash bonus for 1st man (sub-30) and lady (sub-33.30).
    Eastern GP Series & County Championship Qualification for the County Championship is by birth or residence – entries are available on the day

    The Flitwick 10k is also very proud to be part of the Eastern Athletics East Road Running Grand Prix Series 2008, a race series for top road runners in the Eastern Region.  For full details of this series and eligibility click here
    Age Limit The minimum age for racing in the full 10k race is 15 on race day
